Lonelygjrl15!

Lonelygirl15

Who is she?
Lonelygirl15 is a fictive character, who’s played by the actress Jessica Lee Rose. The first videoblog she posted, we’re being represented to a confused teenage girl, who sees herself as a kind of a dork. Furthermore she is being presented as a girl, who doesn’t care about what others think, and just want to have a good time. (First video – spasms-attack) As we progress in the web-series, Bree, as she is called, is joining an ancient cult called Hymn of one. Hymn of one is an ancient Egyptian cult, who is taken her into their custody and aims to enlist her in their ranks.

What type of life does she lead?
She lives in a boring tiny town with nothing to attend to and lives a regular life.

Who does she hang out with?
She hangs out with her friends, Sarah (Alexandra Dreyfus) and Jonas, (Jackson Davis) but mostly with her best friend and co-actor Daniel. (Yousef Abu-Taleb) They are an ordinary network of friends, who likes to hang out with each other, while having a great time, including drinking alcohol, even though they’re underage. (Beach party)

What is the ”storyline” of the selected videos?
Lonelygirl15 starts out by being a fictive series, about a girl who deals with the typical teenage problems. As the story progresses, Bree catches the attention of a cult, called Hymn of one, which also is her parents religion. After she has joined the cult, her friends, especially Daniel, starts to worry about her. The story morphs into a series of bizarre events, which includes Bree’s parents being abducted, because Bree didn’t want to attend to a secret initiation ceremony. The Hymn of One cult is an ancient Egyptian, who worships a number of different artifacts, including the Zodiac of Dendarah and The Fountain of Youth. The Hymn of One wants Bree in their ranks, because she has a specific enzyme in her blood, which contains vast powers of wealth and youth, which they’ve want to take advantage of.
Bree finds out that the Hymn of One has great influence in their community, and finds out that both her parents and Jonas’ family has ties connected to the Order.
After realizing this, Bree flees for her life with her friends Daniel, Jackson and Alexandra, and they are on the run from the Order for over a year. The friends form a resistance group called “The Resistance.” The group’s purpose is to protect other girls like Bree, who has the special enzyme that relates to the Fountain of Youth.
After a year of running, the Order catches up with Bree and her friends, which results in a car crash and a stabbing incident. At the end when the story culminates, Bree decides to return home to the cult, leaving her friends in grief.

  3. I think you did a great job on this. If I did not know the story about Lonelygirl15 then this would be a great way to learn about it.

Your language is really good, although like Andreas said there are a few mistakes. Some places I would probably have used some different words.
